TRX Build Strength

A full-body TRX workout focused on building strength through controlled movement and challenging resistance.

Complete each circuit three times total before moving to the next.

• Perform 8–12 controlled repetitions per exercise, unless otherwise indicated.
• For single-sided exercises, complete both sides.
• Rest 60 seconds between exercises and 90 seconds after each circuit pass. Take longer when needed.

For standing exercises, move your feet toward the anchor where appropriate to increase resistance. Choose a position that makes the final repetitions challenging while maintaining good form. For floor exercises, follow the setup and variation shown.

Finish each set feeling you could perform one or two more repetitions with good form. Keep your movements controlled and breathe throughout.

Watch each clip to review the exercise, then perform your prescribed repetitions at your own pace.
